Let's Celebrate the Class of 2021

Commencement is a time to celebrate the successes of our students, and WSU is committed to recognizing all the accomplishments of our graduates.

However, our top priority is the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and the surrounding communities. With current circumstances, a virtual celebration is planned for Spring 2021 Commencement.

WSU is closely monitoring the situation with evolving health and safety guidelines.

All Spring 2021 graduates will receive commencement information via email throughout the semester.

Please send any questions or concerns to graduation@winona.edu.

Class of 2021 Virtual Celebration

While we are not able to gather in person for our official commencement ceremony on campus as is tradition, we can and we will come together to celebrate the Class of 2021 with hearts full of Warrior Pride.

What

We’re inviting our graduates, campus community, friends and family to come together for a virtual graduation celebration.

Invite your family and friends to tune in as we:

  • hear from President Scott Olson and our student speakers
  • take in a performance by the WSU choir and band
  • premiere a commemorative video made for the Winona State Class of 2021

When

Friday, May 7 | Time yet to be determined

Where

It will be an online Virtual Celebration, where we can view the virtual celebration and pay tribute to our grads, together.

See the Fall 2020 Virtual Celebration website for an idea.

As plans for this event develop, there may be additional ways for you to join in on the celebration of our newest Warrior graduates.
