Let's Celebrate the Class of Fall 2021

Friday, December 10

Commencement is a time to celebrate the successes of our students, and WSU is committed to recognizing all the accomplishments of our graduates.

An in-person commencement ceremony is being planned with the opportunity to recognize our graduates virtually as well.

All fall and summer graduates will receive commencement information via email throughout the semester.

Masks are required for all students, staff, and visitors on-campus per the WSU COVID response measures.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and the surrounding communities. WSU continues to closely monitor the pandemic situation with evolving health and safety guidelines.

Please send any questions or concerns to graduation@winona.edu.

Ceremony Schedule

There will be three ceremonies throughout the day.

9am | College of Liberal Arts and College of Science & Engineering

11:30am | College of Education and College of Business

2pm | College of Nursing & Health Sciences

Tickets for Guests

Due to limited seating available, there is a ticketing system.

Each participating student will receive 4 tickets:

  • 2 tickets for the in-person ceremony in McCown Gymnasium
  • 2 tickets for the live stream viewing in Harriet Johnson Auditorium

Tickets are free, but all guests will need to present a ticket to be admitted to the McCown Gym and the Harriet Johnson Auditorium.
