Dean’s & Graduate List Media Notifications

University Communications will notify hometown newspapers of Dean’s list honorees and Graduate names within eight weeks of the end of the semester.

Notifications are based on the hometown zip code provided by the student in their official WSU record, and zip code coverage lists provided by media contacts.

The publication of these lists is a free public service electively provided by the newspapers. The lists may be published only when space is available or not at all, depending on the newspaper.

Contact wsunews@winona.edu for questions regarding these media notifications. Please include the student’s name, hometown zip code, and the name and email address of the hometown media outlet in which you are seeking placement.

Creative Services
Are you thinking about creating a postcard mailing for your department alumni, getting your business card updated, or building multi-page tabbed manual?

We’ll help you bring your project to life.

Our talented team is dedicated to designing and building effective graphics–whether they are applied digitally or in print.

A person works in a graphic design program on a laptop.

We can coordinate closely with you whether your design and print request stays here on campus or if your project requires off campus production. We strive to partner with you from concept to completion.

Use extreme caution when choosing online vendors. We may not fully support your choice to work with online vendors.

Consult with Creative Services prior to working with online vendors to determine if the project is a fit.
