Counseling Services offers an online self-assessment service to Winona State University, WSU-R and MSC Southeast students.
Our goal is to enhance student wellness by helping to identify stress, anxiety, depression and other problems that can interfere with academic, social and personal functioning.
The assessment is completely voluntary and includes several questions which you submit confidentially. A counselor will respond to your questionnaire and your information will always remain anonymous and confidential.
