Professional Development

The Professional Development program provides practicing professionals with a non-counseling master’s degree.

The program emphasizes personal and professional growth and development through a curriculum designed to enhance student understanding of self and others while promoting more effective work in the individual’s respective field.

Upon successful completion of the Professional Development degree, graduates may apply for admission to one of the counseling degree programs offered by the Winona State University Counselor Education Department.
