Cognitive Coaching (Fall 2016)
Dates of this extensive eight-day training will be presented in three segments: 2 days in the fall, 2 days in the spring and 4 days in the summer. This allows for individuals participating to apply and practice the techniques taught in the first four days in their respective school districts, and then receive advanced instructive follow up of applications.

Developing Numbers Sense (Spring 2017)
Developing Number Sense for All Learners is designed to expand your current practice and understanding of effective practices and strategies that encourage conceptual development of numeracy skills. Participants will engage in hands-on learning, application of practices and reflective activities that encourage mathematical thinking. Topics will include Base Ten number concepts with rational numbers, Algebraic Thinking, Invented Algorithms, Number Talks, Mental Math and Computation strategies.
Dates: Saturdays, Jan. 28 through March 4, 2017
This course is designed as a hybrid model. Two Saturdays (1/28/17 and 2/25/17) will be in-person training and the course assignments that are completed through the D2L online learning platform will be assigned throughout the remainder of the course offering.
