SmartStroke Design Concerns
Throughout any successful design process, there are requirements and goals that need to be achieved. Many of these are determined as a result of direct customer input. The concerns we addressed were divided into six categories: physical, structural, environmental, human engineering, life cycle, and cost.
Each one of the given design concerns fits into one of these categories. The way in which the design meets these criteria is called an assessment measure. This is how the design concern is defined numerically so it can be more effectively measured. A related measure is how the assessment measure is translated to terms that anyone can understand. The related measures are listed under the assessment measures in parenthesis.
