Filing the FAFSA as a first-year student doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;ll automatically get financial aid your second year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financial aid is usually awarded for the Fall and Spring semesters.
