Diploma and Transcript Orders

Diploma

Diplomas are awarded for each degree earned and will include any final academic honors achieved. Students earning multiple majors will receive one diploma. Students earning dual degrees will receive two diplomas, one for each degree type. The degree and final academic honors (if earned) are printed on the diplomas; majors are not listed.

Diplomas for students completing all coursework will be mailed to their diploma address indicated on the graduation application. Diplomas can take up to 16 weeks after graduation to reach their destination. Changes to the diploma address can be made in the graduation application for up to one week after the commencement ceremony. After that time, changes can be emailed to Graduation@winona.edu.

Winona State University reserves the right to withhold diplomas for students with outstanding financial obligations. Student Accounts can be reached at 507.457.5076.
