If you have any questions, please call us at 507.457.5565 or email email@example.com. Thank you for your patience as we work through our registration process.
How do I know that I have registered?
You will receive an email shortly after completing an online registration. Please remember to save this email in case you need to contact Grandparents University in the future.
Participants will receive additional communication from Grandparents University in order to prepare for the experience.
When can I expect my information packet?
Do I get my t-shirts in the mail?
Can another person register for me?
Yes, as long as the names of the participants and related information are correct in the registration fields, it doesn’t matter who signs up and/or pays for the registration.
Please note that unless otherwise directed, correspondence regarding Grandparents University will be sent to the address of the individual who completes the registration.
What is a security code? Why do you need that?
On the back of MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, the last four digits of the credit card number are listed along with a three-digit number. Those three digits are the security code. On the front of the American Express card, the security code is four digits long and not embossed.
The security code is needed to verify that the registrant is in possession of the card, which decreases the likelihood of someone using a stolen credit card number. Although this is probably not a problem with Grandparents University registrants, it is a built-in security feature of the credit card processing software.
Can I pay by check?
I registered twice. Can I cancel my extra order?
It turns out that I can’t go. How do I get a refund?
If you need to withdraw from Grandparents University, you will receive a credit or full refund of the program fee if you notify us by June 1.
No refunds or transfers are allowed if you notify us after the stated cancellation deadline.
If you have any questions about cancellation deadlines, please contact us at 507.457.5565 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
