Japanese Studies Minor

Set yourself apart with WSU’s Japanese minor. Through this program, you will learn about the Japanese language, culture, and history both on-campus and through international study opportunities.

This program will allow you to gain extensive knowledge about a culture that has been thriving for more than 2,000 years. In addition, you will learn how to communicate with citizens of one of America’s strongest and most reliable trading partners in the far east.

From reading Manga to watching anime, you will be able to understand Japanese media in its original language.
