Emma Cavanaugh, ‘19
Hello, I’m Emma Cavanaugh, Editor of the Wellness Blog. I am a junior
majoring in English Writing, and minoring in Theatre, as well as English
Literature and Language. I hail from Lake City, MN, the birthplace of
waterskiing! I’ve never been waterskiing, but I’m always excited to try
new things. I am interested in health and wellness, and I’m eager to
serve the Winona State community. I am also the 2017/18 Sports Editor
for the Winonan, another student publication.

What kind of topics does the Wellness Blog cover?
The Wellness Blog covers all things wellness from nutrition to stress management to substance use to sexual health. The Wellness Blog aims to cover a diverse number of topics important to Winona State University students.
What does it take to write a blog post?
Blog posts can be very diverse from a “top ten list” to a “how to article”--some are even videos. The Wellness Blog staff will help all contributors develop ideas, content and delivery mode.
