Ad Hoc Telework Agreement form (Warrior Space) is required for staff teleworking due to COVID-19.

WSU Telework Plan Template (Word Doc) is a tool to ensure that both the supervisor and the employee have a clear, shared understanding of the employee’s ad hoc telework arrangement. This should be updated, as necessary.
