Returning to campus:

1.    Before coming to campus each day complete the COVID-19 Self-Assessment.

Below are forms, templates and policies related to COVID-19 and Ad-Hoc Telework. Please don't hesitate to email humanresources@winona.edu with any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Telework:

Ad Hoc Telework Agreement form (Warrior Space) is required for staff teleworking due to COVID-19.

WSU Telework Plan Template (Word Doc) is a tool to ensure that both the supervisor and the employee have a clear, shared understanding of the employee’s ad hoc telework arrangement. This should be updated, as necessary.
