Financial Wellness Workshop: Student Loans

Learn the ins and outs of student loans. Discover the many different types of student loans and what makes each unique. Discuss the loan repayment process as well as federal loan forgiveness programs. End the evening with a personalized review of your current student loan balance and repayment outlook.

Financial Wellness Workshop: Finances After Graduation

Are you graduating soon? This free workshop will help you get financially prepared for graduating from WSU and entering the workforce. Topics will include:

  • managing student debt and repayment strategies
  • comparing job offers
  • insurance topics
  • retirement planning

Discover the basics of all things credit. Debunk common credit myths, learn how credit is reported and scored, as well as learn the foundations to start building good credit.

Money Smart Week

Money Smart Week offers a variety workshops, speakers, and open houses to help students become more financially fit. This national event is promoted at WSU by the Financial Wellness Program and College of Business.

Complete your FAFSA for next school year during this free workshop. Financial aid counselors will be available to help you with any questions or to troubleshoot any issues in submitting their FAFSA. All students in attendance will be entered to win a WSU bookstore gift card. An Erberts and Gerberts dinner will be available to the first 30 students in attendance!
