Gregory Neidhart

Gregory Neidhart is an Associate Professor at Winona State University and a member of the Department of Music where he coordinates the Music Business major and teaches film music, music theory, music business and arts administration courses. Professor Neidhart also serves as the director of WSU’s Arts Administration program and previously served as chairperson of the Department of Art and Design from 2015 to 2017.

As a composer, his most recent work is the musical score for the Rochester Civic Theatre's production of "August: Osage County" in the summer of 2018. Professor Neidhart studied at Ball State University (BS, Music Education and Music Theory & Composition), Indiana University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison (MA, Arts Administration) and the University of Arizona (MFA, Dramatic Arts: Dramatic Writing).
