Biology Program Admission
Undergraduate Programs
If you want to pursue the Life Science (Teaching) major, you will need to apply to the Teacher Education Program in the College of Education.
The rest of the WSU Biology Department’s undergraduate programs do not have a formal admissions process. You just need to complete the major or minor declaration form.
Master’s Program
Before you can be considered for admission into the PSM program, you must first apply for admission to the School of Graduate Studies at WSU.
Once you’ve been accepted to WSU Graduate Studies, you are ready to apply to the PSM program. You will need complete these forms:

- PSM Recommendation Form (PDF)

Once we have received all your application materials, we will notify you of an acceptance decision.
We accept applications on a “rolling” basis. Once you are accepted into the program you will be permitted to enroll in courses at the beginning of the next semester.
