Use this same form whether you want to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go from undecided to choosing a major or minor&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch your declared major or minor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add another major or minor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove a major or minor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s important to keep your declared major up to date because then you can track your progress in your Degree Audit. Also, some classes are only open to students in that program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will log in with StarID@go.winona.edu and your StarID password. This form has two sections, and all required fields must be completed to submit the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-block tabs\">\n\n    <div class=\"tabs-nav\">\n        <button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-1\">Major &amp; Minor Section<\/button>\n<button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-2\">Advisor Section<\/button>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tabs-content\">\n        <button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Major &amp; Minor Section<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>To add a new major or minor, click the Add Major or Add Minor buttons. Then choose your desired major or minor from the drop-down list. Repeat these steps to add more than one major or minor.<\/p>\n<p>If you already have a major or minor, you will have to select a status for each one:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;No Change&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Delete Major&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Update Major to Current Catalog&#8221; \u2013 choose this option if your program has been updated and you would like to follow the new course requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Advisor Section<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>If you have an advisor, you\u2019ll also have to indicate whether you want to keep them or get a new advisor.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose to add a comment, such as a request for a specific advisor or reason for the change.<\/p>\n<p>You will get an email notification once this form is processed. Be sure to look at your Degree Audit to make sure the changes are correct.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grades, Transcripts, &amp; Diploma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each semester, final grades are posted and available for students to view within <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eservices.minnstate.edu\/registration\/search\/advanced.html?campusid=074\" target=\"_blank\">Student eServices<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you pursue your degree program, you build up a transcript of courses you\u2019ve taken and grades received. Students and alumni can request a transcript at any time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn how to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/support\/records-registration\/student-academic-records\/grades-transcripts\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1311\">check your grades and order transcripts or duplicate diploma<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Need to Transfer Credits?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WSU accepts many types of credits including credits from accredited colleges or universities, credits earned by exams, and military credits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transferology.com\/school\/winona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Transferology<\/a>\u00a0to see how credits from schools outside of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system might be applied toward your major or general graduation requirements. You can add more comments if you want, such as listing a specific person you\u2019d like to be your new advisor.<\/p>\n<p>You will get an email notification once this form is processed.
