{"id":1311,"date":"2026-06-09T10:40:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T15:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/?page_id=1311"},"modified":"2026-06-09T10:41:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T15:41:27","slug":"grades-transcripts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/support\/records-registration\/student-academic-records\/grades-transcripts\/","title":{"rendered":"Grades &amp; Transcripts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"is-style-text-intro wp-block-paragraph\">Grades and transcripts are key elements of your academic record as a WSU student.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A transcript shows all the courses you\u2019ve taken and the grades you\u2019ve received at an institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A transcript is different from your diploma. Your transcript proves that you\u2019ve completed all the requirements to earn the degree listed on your diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check Your Grades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every semester, final grades are reported by the Wednesday after final exam week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students can check grades in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.minnstate.edu\/registration\/search\/advanced.html?campusid=074\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student eServices<\/a>&nbsp;by choosing &#8220;Academic Records&#8221; from the left-hand column. Then choose the option to \u201cCheck Grades\u201d and select the term you wish to view.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some professors will post grades for coursework throughout the semester in D2L. If you are concerned about your grades in a class, talk to your professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, consider going to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/support\/tutoring-services\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2414\">Tutoring Services<\/a>, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/support\/writing-center\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2426\">Writing Center<\/a>,&nbsp;and other campus resources to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/support\/advising-services\/improve-your-academic-success\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4196\">improve your academic success<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"panel panel--white\">\n        <div class=\"panel__container\">\n            <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                        <\/div>\n            \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Transcripts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access your unofficial transcript, official transcript and co-curricular transcript depending on the information you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wsu-block tabs\">\n\n    <div class=\"tabs-nav\">\n        <button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-1\">Unofficial Transcripts<\/button>\n<button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-2\">Co-Curricular Transcripts<\/button>\n<button class=\"tabs__toggle\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" id=\"tabbed-3\">Official Transcripts<\/button>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"tabs-content\">\n        <button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Unofficial Transcripts<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>You will need to have your StarID and password to log into eServices. If you don\u2019t know your password or your StarID, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/starid.minnstate.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reset your password<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not activated your StarID yet, you can activate it on the <a href=\"https:\/\/starid.minnstate.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StarID website<\/a>. You will need to know your WSU Tech ID to activate your StarID.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/eservices.minnstate.edu\/registration\/search\/advanced.html?campusid=074\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Student eServices<\/a>. If you want your name to appear on the document, remember to check the &#8220;Display Name&#8221; box.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Academic Records&#8221; from the menu on the left and then \u201cUnofficial Transcripts\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Leave the \u201cSort By\u201d selection as \u201cChronological\u201d and then click the \u201cGet Academic Record\u201d button<\/li>\n<li>Your unofficial transcript will appear on the screen. You can download a copy to print by clicking the PDF icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Co-Curricular Transcripts<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/clubs\/co-curricular-transcripts\/\">Co-Curricular Transcript<\/a>\u00a0(CCT) is a verified record of your involvement in activities or events at WSU that demonstrate learning experiences gained outside the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>A CCT showcases your leadership experience to employers, graduate schools, scholarship committees, and it can give your application a competitive edge.<\/p>\n<p>Starting October 2018, students can request a Co-Curricular Transcript be mailed, picked up or delivered electronically.<\/p>\n<p>To order a co-curricular transcript, you can include a note in the special instructions field of your official transcript order.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Official Transcripts<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>Transcripts are issued in the order they are requested. If you are ordering transcripts near the end of term, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery due to increased demand.<\/p>\n<p>WSU does not fax transcripts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order Transcripts Online<\/strong> <strong>| $9.65 per Transcript<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current students, former students, and alumni can <a href=\"https:\/\/tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org\/school\/select\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">order their transcripts<\/a>\u00a0through the National Student Clearinghouse vendor in the following formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eTranscripts with emailed PDF delivery<\/li>\n<li>Mailed paper transcripts<\/li>\n<li>International mailed transcripts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can include a note in the special instructions field of your order if you&#8217;d like a co-curricular transcript as well.<\/p>\n<p>If you encounter errors when attempting to order through the Clearinghouse, please direct questions to <a href=\"mailto:transcripts@winona.edu\">transcripts@winona.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"panel panel--white\">\n        <div class=\"panel__container\">\n            <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                        <\/div>\n            \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Duplicate Diploma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original diplomas are mailed to the diploma address indicated on your graduation application 10 weeks after graduation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have misplaced your diploma or just need another one, you can&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/warriorspace.winona.edu\/ProcessDirector\/form.aspx?pid=cbc76cfa-e332-489a-a868-237dcf390893&amp;formid=d9010401-56df-4c79-9400-8a87fcda47e1&amp;nohome=1&amp;completepageprompt=0&amp;completepage=https:\/\/www.winona.edu&amp;completetext=\" target=\"_blank\">request a duplicate diploma<\/a>.
