After your activity or event has been approved by your advisor and the Associate Director of Fitness &amp; Wellness, you can&nbsp;request space on campus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priority for campus spaces is granted by:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Academics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intramurals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student clubs, teams, and organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other community groups&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a space request is approved, the WSU student who reserved the space&nbsp;<strong>must&nbsp;<\/strong>have their WSU Student ID for the duration of the reservation. The Business Office has plenty of people who can provide information about how to make purchases and check your current balances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests for reimbursements can be completed online in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/warriorspace.winona.edu\/ProcessDirector\/custom\/pages\/login.aspx?bp_nextpage=https%3a%2f%2fwarriorspace.winona.edu%2fProcessDirector%2fworkspace.aspx&amp;skipintegrated=&amp;skipsaml=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WarriorSpace<\/a>&nbsp;under &#8220;Forms I Can Submit.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several types of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.winona.edu\/businessoffice\/clubaccounts.asp\">club accounts <\/a>for sports clubs and teams. All contracts must be initiated from our Legal Analyst in WSU Legal Affairs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do not sign any contracts yourself.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Student clubs\/teams should complete a Contract Request Form to initiate a contract with the Legal Affairs Office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact Lori Mikl at <a href=\"mailto:legalaffairs@winona.edu\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:legalaffairs@winona.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">legalaffairs@winona.edu<\/a>&nbsp;to complete this form at least one month before you need to use the service or facility.<\/p>\n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"panel panel--white\">\n        <div class=\"panel__container\">\n            <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                        <\/div>\n            \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ASO &amp; Maintaining Club Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Alliance of Student Organizations is the organization that oversees all clubs officially recognized by Student Senate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASO organizes the mandatory club fairs and sets regular required meetings for all clubs\u2014including sports clubs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/clubs\/student-senate\/manage-a-club\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2194\">maintain your official club status<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sports Club Rosters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sports Clubs should submit their&nbsp;Sports Club Roster&nbsp;to ASO and Director of Integrated Wellness at the beginning of each season of play.<\/p>\n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n    <div class=\"panel panel--white\">\n        <div class=\"panel__container\">\n            <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                        <\/div>\n            \n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sports Club Council<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clubs that have a solid history, including three consecutive years of demonstrated fiscal solvency, fundraising, and competitive history can apply to be a part of the Sports Club Council.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All clubs\/teams affiliated with the Sports Club Council have increased expectations and requirements.
