These will help you reduce the amount of time and energy you spend searching.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask yourself the following questions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What skills or knowledge do I offer an employer?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What types of positions am I searching for?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What companies or organizations interest me?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are possible locations for my future employment?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What could my career trajectory look like?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When you&#8217;re ready to search, make sure to register in&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/winona.joinhandshake.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\">Handshake<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winona.edu\/student-life\/career-services\/career-events\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2389\">attend&nbsp;job fairs<\/a>,&nbsp;and network with employers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a job seeker, you should be aware of online job scams.
