Staff and faculty registrations accepted on a space-available basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Details: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: IWC 222&#8211; unless otherwise noted<\/li>\n<li>Time: 5 hours<\/li>\n<li>Cost: $65, which covers the cost of the training manual and certification card. The course fee will be applied to your student account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<button class=\"tabs__mobile__toggle\">Heartsaver CPR &amp; AED<\/button>\n<div class=\"tabs__content__item\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><div><p>If you have little or no medical training, but you want to be prepared for an emergency, Heartsaver courses are designed for you.<\/p>\n<p>Participants receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years. This satisfies job, regulatory (for example, OSHA) and other requirements.<\/p>\n<p>This course is open to all WSU students. Staff and faculty registrations accepted on a space-available basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: IWC 222&#8211; unless otherwise noted on the online registration form<\/li>\n<li>Time: 4.5 hours<\/li>\n<li>Cost: $65, which covers the cost of the training manual and certification card. The course fee will be applied to your student account. If you do not have a student account, bring cash (only) to the front desk of Health &amp; Wellness Services (IWC 222). A receipt will be given for proof of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can pick up a course manual at time of payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>WSU Health &amp; Wellness Services reserves the right to cancel any course due to scheduling conflicts or attendance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants whose registrations are canceled will be notified by email.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare for the Course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-text-intro\">Arrive Early &amp; Dress Appropriately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan to spend the entire time actively participating in the course.
