How do I erase or exchange it?         <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\">\n            <p>Laptops can be exchanged or erased in person in Winona at Somsen 207 or in Rochester at Coffman Center 122 during business hours.<\/p>\n<p>Students who purchased their MacBook can follow <a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/102664\">these instructions<\/a> to reset their laptop remotely.<\/p>\n<p>This process will remove all files from your laptop. Make sure you\u2019ve backed up your files prior.<\/p>\n<p>HPs can be erased remotely by using a USB drive.
