That\u2019s why the Warrior Journey helps you make sense of your college experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through online reflections, it brings together what you\u2019re already doing\u2014classes, campus activities, work, volunteering, wellness, and community involvement\u2014so you can see how it all fits together and how you\u2019re growing over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other words, the Warrior Journey is like Goodreads or Letterboxd. To receive the scholarship, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be a first-year student in 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be enrolled for Fall 2027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have submitted at least 10 total experiences by May 1, 2027<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have submitted at least 1 experience in each dimension<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n    \n<div id=\"\" class=\"panel panel--relative panel--purple\">\n    <div class=\"panel__container\">                    <div class=\"panel__header\">\n                <div class=\"panel__intro\">\n                                    <div id= \"the-9-dimensions-of-the-warrior-journey\" class=\"h2\">The 9 Dimensions of the Warrior Journey<\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"panel__description panel__description--wide\">\n                        <p>The Warrior Journey is organized around 9 dimensions of everyday life.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel__main\">\n            \n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are many ways to experience each dimension, so it\u2019s up to you how you engage, explore, and expand in these areas of your life.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"feature-grid\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Academic &amp; Intellectual<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that spark your mind to learn something new or dive further into a topic you already know.<\/p>\n<p>This could be attending a lecture, getting tutoring, working with an advisor, or completing a research project. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Cultural <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that encourage you to understand and appreciate other cultures as well as your own. <\/p>\n<p>This could be going to a cultural celebration, attending a cultural competency workshop, or learning about your family history. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Emotional<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that help you express and understand your emotions. <\/p>\n<p>This could be actively noticing your emotions, telling someone what you appreciate about them, trying new coping skills, or making an appointment with Counseling Services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Environmental<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that connect you to nature or examine the use of our physical resources. <\/p>\n<p>This could be choosing to walk instead of drive, purchasing a more sustainable product, or picking up litter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Financial<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that help you manage money now and prepare for the future. <\/p>\n<p>This could be creating a budget, applying for scholarships, or going to financial literacy workshops.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Occupational<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that explore career options and build your readiness for after graduation. <\/p>\n<p>This could be attending job fairs, setting up an internship, visiting Career Services, or talking with a mentor. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Physical<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that nurture your physical body. <\/p>\n<p>This could be going to a fitness class at the Integrated Wellness Complex, eating a nutritious meal, or getting plenty of sleep. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Social<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that build connections with other people.<\/p>\n<p>This could be joining a student organization, meeting friends for lunch, or going to a campus event like Kryzsko After Dark. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block feature-block--33 wsu-block\">            <div class=\"feature-block__content\">\n                <div class=\"feature-block__title\">Spiritual<\/div>\n                <div class=\"feature-block__description\"><p>Things that make you feel like part of something bigger than yourself. It\u2019s an optional way to reflect on and make sense of the experiences you\u2019re already having. Some students track a lot to see patterns over time.
