Please note: You will need to use your StarID@winona.edu and password to access the forms.
Use the Update Website form to submit new requests. This is a single form whether you are submitting an update to a webpage, requesting a page to be published, or reporting an issue with the website.
In MarComm OneStop, you’ll see more than just web change forms. There are other communications requests, like Promote an Event and Print a Document, because we are bringing all WSU Marketing & Communications requests into one tool.
MarComm OneStop presents all your communication options in one place to make it easier for you to tell your story and reach your audience.
Just like our old request tool, MarComm OneStop offers a dynamic customer interface that allows you to:
- track the progress of your web requests
- leave comments or ask questions regarding your request
- view all of your pending requests on your personal dashboard
When our team has completed your request, you’ll be notified via email that your request is “Out for Proofing.” This means you can review the work we’ve done, and you’ll have a chance to let us know if we missed anything.
The email notifications you receive regarding your requests will be coming from the sender “MarComm OneStop”. Be sure to check your Clutter folder to make sure your notifications aren’t getting lost!
