Mark serves as the Director of Intramural & Recreational Sports which includes intramural sports leagues, open recreation, fitness classes and aquatics. Under his supervision Intramural participation is continually at or above the national benchmarks established by NIRSA, Leaders in Collegiate Recreation, of which he is a long time member.

Mark received a Bachelors and Masters from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he was a member of both the basketball and football teams. He is a Winona native and also happens to have served as WSU's head golf coach in the past.
