 I.  Meeting was called to order at 3:35 PM by Chair Charla Miertschin

II.  Adoption of agenda.  Adopted by consensus.  

III.  Approval of minutes of December 5, 2001. M/S  Macdonald/Miller to approve.  Motion carried

IV.  Chair’s report
     A.  Policy 3-4 is still in the works.  Charla Miertschin will report on it in the next meeting.  The old 3-4 forms in the University regulations is still valid.  

V.  General Ed subs

    A. Heather Hartung- SPED 400 Education of the exceptional child (3 SH from WSU. M/S Miller/Thompson to approve.  Motion Carried

VI. Course/Program Proposal Subcommittee (CPPS) report.  Chair recommended the following for approval.  Motion carried.
