I.         Meeting was called to order at 3:37pm by Chair Charla Miertschin

II.       Adoption of agenda, add new business, XI.A. Academic Calendar.  Adopted by consensus.

III.      Approval of minutes of October 23, 2002.(available at http://www.winona.edu/ifo/a2c2minutes/). Kaufmann/Lewis, M/S, to approve.  Motion passed.

IV.     Chair’s report
Web catalog - Dr. Richardson confirmed that course revisions, USP additions, typos, etc. will be updated as needed throughout the year.  Program revisions, WSU regulations, tuition and fees are updated annually, about the first day of fall class.  The official link is found from the Academic Affairs web page.

A. Academic Calendar- Chair Miertschin distributed information on items to consider for future calendars.  Please bring these up with departments.
