MAIN STAGE
Capacity: 425
The 425-seat Main Stage Theatre is the primary performance venue for the Department of Theatre & Dance and large ensembles of the Department of Music. Each year six to eight plays, dance performances, and over 20 music concerts are presented. The Main Stage is also the primary performance space of the Great River Shakespeare Festival, a professional theatre company which is in residence each summer, and a venue of the Frozen River Film Festival, held each January.

BLACK BOX THEATRE
Capacity: 100-150
This “black box” theatre can seat up to 150 patrons, and hosts both student and faculty-directed dramatic and musical performances. Creative seating configurations allow this space to be used for both innovative and traditional staging.

RECITAL HALL
Capacity: 192
The Recital Hall is an intimate space that allows for solo performances and small ensembles by both faculty and students. The Recital Hall also hosts special lecture series speakers and visiting artists; this venue is known for its outstanding acoustical integrity.
