Badges from the Campus Card Office

Getting a badge from the Campus Card Office is a great way to set your department, event, etc apart from the rest.  With convenient pricing and a staff ready to assist, the choice of where to get your badge is an easy one.

How to Get a Badge

In order to process your request, a few steps need to be taken first.

Step 1: Fill out the Badge Request Form

Step 2: Choose your background design

  • Option 1: Background based on premade design template
  • Option 2: Campus Card custom design ($25 setup fee)
  • Option 3: Design your own.  If sending us your own badge design:
  • Make sure it has been approved by WSU Creative Services  if the design has any WSU logo on it
  • The badges are 2 1/8” by 3 3/8”.  Size your design appropriately
  • Be sure the image is in JPEG format, a small file size is best

    Step 3: Send the Badge Request Form, image (if applicable), content and location of text on the badge and other necessary attachments to our email: campuscard@winona.edu.
