Application for Admission to Candidacy (Ed.S.)-
This Application for Admission to Candidacy is your program plan. You must submit it to the graduate office before completing 16 graduate credits. Ed.S. EL Program Plan is to be completed in conjunction with your advisor.

The Application for Admission to Candidacy is your program plan. You must submit it to the graduate office before completing 16 graduate credits. This form is to be completed in conjunction with your advisor.

Licensure as K-12 Principal and Superintendent
Candidates for licensure must be approved by the Licensing Review Panel before being endorsed for a  Minnesota and/or Wisconsin license.  All course work and internships must have been completed before meeting with the panel in early June or December.  Below are links to the BOSA Competency Matrixes and applications for a state license.
