We are excited to announce that starting the week of Oct. 2, we will be rolling out “Chat” as a mechanism to provide more real-time support options for our WSU Community. The chat icon will display on our website under “Contact Tech Support” and will display when we are available. We will plan to increase the hours of availability throughout the semester.
We also want to remind you of the availability of the Digital Learning Commons (DLC) now in the Krueger Library. The DLC provides basic technical support, training and much more for our Winona campus. Because the DLC is providing support later into the evening and weekends, starting Monday, Oct. 2, the Walk-in Technical Support Center (Somsen 207) will be open during business hours, and those needing walk-in support on the Winona campus after hours can visit the DLC in the library. Phone support will still be available until 6pm Monday - Thursday, Fridays 8am - 4:30pm and Sunday 2-5pm.
