Term Course Form (TCF)
The Term Course Form allows for the adding, deleting and changing of courses on the WSU class schedule. It is used by department chairs, department assistants and dean's offices. The form gets submitted to the Registrar's Office for updating. The resulting changes can be viewed by accessing the ISRS department schedule or the public course list on the web registration system. Changes to courses in ISRS are dynamic and immediately viewable using both aforementioned methods.
If a course is being added through the Adult & Continuing Education office (extension), please complete the online TCF to add/delete/change the course. Please turn in the necessary Extension Course Proposal Form to the OCED office. Failure to complete the online TCF will result in the course not showing up on the online TCF course list for the term.
To access the online TCF form you must be logged into the WSU network with your username and password. This system is accessible from anywhere provided you can log in to the MYSWSU portal. Only the deans, department assistants and department chairs may access the online form.

Adult & Continuing Education For Credit Extension Courses
The online TC Form will now be used for Adult & Continuing Education for-credit course proposals. Please follow the same instructions for entering or changing a TCF.
