Technical Support Center
The Winona State University-Rochester Technical Support Center is the Rochester user’s on-site resource for all technology-related issues. The Technology Support Center is located in GL118. Click here for campus map.
Monday–Thursday: 8 am–9 pm
(Phone support is only available until 6 pm)
Friday: 8 am–4:30 pm
Our qualified specialists are on-site to handle any technology-related issues. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to call 1-800-657-3870 for help and technical assistance so that support issues and resolutions can be tracked through our Help Desk database. This call tracking allows us to better manage service-related issues such as staffing, repair units and accountability, as well as service quality.
