Tuition

All tuition is subject to change by the Minnesota State College and University Board. The following tuition rates are approved for Winona State University in Fall 2011, Spring 2012 and Summer 2012.

Undergraduate tuition for Fall and Spring full time students (12- 18 credits) for the Winona campus and the OCED campus will be billed at a flat rate. Rochester campus classes will be charged on a per credit basis (except for Wisconsin residents).  All Graduate courses and Summer Session courses will be charged on a per credit basis.

All tuition and fees are subject to change. Fees apply to all courses taken for credit, Including online courses.
