International Student Tuition & Fees
Pursuing a degree at WSU is just as affordable for international students as it is for students from the U.S.
These are the estimated costs of attendance for the 2024-2025 academic year.
You may have to pay additional differential costs or a program-specific tuition rate.
After you enroll, you’ll receive a tuition statement with the final tuition costs.
Cross-Cultural Scholarship
All international students receive the Cross-Cultural Scholarship.
The Cross-Cultural Scholarship covers the difference between the tuition rate for residents and the rate for non-residents. This means that you’ll pay the same amount in tuition as a student from Minnesota.
You’ll automatically receive the scholarship when you enroll as an international student at Winona State University.
To maintain this scholarship, you must meet certain requirements each semester.
