Poster #119 Statistical Investigation of Methods to Compute Area Under the Curve Matthew Weber Faculty Mentor: Chris Malone Area Under the Curve (AUC) is a method to measure the effect of a drug over time. The AUC method can be used to simplify a statistical analysis. There are a variety of methods to compute AUC. A simulation study was done to investigate the behavior of some of these methods. Outcomes from this study will be presented.
