You want staff to be friendly.

Improvements:

In the past 2 years we have added the ability to pay you account on line. This fall nearly 20% of students used this method of payment and avoided the lines. Information on how to pay on line can be found at: http://www.winona.edu/billing/Howtopay.htm

The major administrative offices (Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Advising and others) are now conducting cross training in an effort to be able to answer more of your questions without sending you somewhere else. When the remodel of the Maxwell Building is complete all the offices listed above will be housed in the same building and many will share the same front desk.

We try hard to be friendly and pleasant. Sometimes we don't quite live up to that standard for what ever the reason. If we have failed to be friendly and helpful we apologize to you. We value you as part of the WSU community.

Improvements:

We will be beginning an option to make payment for your tuition and fees on line beginning sometime in November 2004. This will allow you to make your payments without standing in line and without sending the payments through the mail.
