How to a Make an Online Payment 

Information You Will Need to Pay by e-Check

To pay by e-Check you will need:

  • Warrior ID No.     
  • Warrior Pin
  • 9-Digit Bank Routing Number
  • Account Number

Make an Online Payment

The information provided will include not just amounts from Winona State but also amounts you may have with other Minnesota State colleges.

  1. Begin by logging in at the log in screen just as you would for registration.
  2. Select the "Bills and Payment" from the menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Select "Make a Payment" from the main page.
  4. Select a payment option using the tabs.
  5. Enter your payment information and press the "Continue" button.
  6. Review your information, select either Pay by e-Check or Pay by Credit/Debit Card and press "Pay Now" button.
  7. You are now on the USBank e-Check payment website. You have automatically been logged off the WSU Registration website. Complete the USBank Payments screens presented.
  8. When you receive a confirmation number be sure to print a copy of it.

Your payment should be reflected on your account in the next few minutes. The funds will be drawn from your bank the following evening.

Give Someone Access to Pay My Balance in e-Services

It's easy to set someone else up with access to your e-Services for purposes of making a payment on your account balance.

  1. Under "Bills and Payment" in e-Services, choose "Allow someone else to view and pay my bills"
  2. Enter the information (name and email address) for the person you wish to have access
  3. Click "Send or Review Access Request"
  4. Both you and the person you are giving access to will receive an email from Minnesota State with instructions on how to activate the access
  5. Have the person you are giving access to click on the link in the email, enter the access code they receive in a separate email, and click "log in"
  6. Once logged in, the person should be able to make a payment on your account
