As the Associate Director, DeAnna
serves as the Liaison to the College of
Liberal Arts. She supports students and
alumni with job, internship, and graduate
school preparation and career planning;
as well as, administers and interprets
career assessments (Strong Interest Inventory, Discover, and StrengthsQuest) for those exploring careers and majors. She oversees Career Services programming and operations. DeAnna supervises the Career Services support staff, interns,graduate assistants, and several student assistants.

As a Career Counselor and the College of
Business Liaison, Charlie's primary
responsibility is serving the business
majors and alumni in all areas of
career development including job and
internship search strategies. He is a Strong Interest Inventory certified consultant and also administers and interprets the Discover and StrengthsQuest inventories. In addition, he coordinates the annual Business Bridge Program, the Career Alumni Interactive Network (CAIN) Files, and produces The Liaison's Letter, a monthly newsletter for College of Business faculty and students.

the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Sheryl offers guidance to students and alumni
with career planning, resume writing, and job and internship search strategies. She also provides outreach to potential employers. Sheryl administers and interprets the FOCUS-2 and StrengthsQuest inventories to assist students in their exploration and decision making. She also oversees all presentation requests and schedules.

As the Student Success & Career Advisor,
Trent actually has a position with multiple parts.
In his Career Services role, he assists current
students and alumni with job, internship, and
graduate school preparation and career planning;
as well as, administers and interprets career assessments (Strong Interest Inventory, Discover, and StrengthsQuest) for those exploring careers and majors. He provides outreach to employers in the Rochester area, and handles recording, editing, and updating the Career Services podcasts.
In his General Advising role, Trent provides admissions advising to prospective students and academic advising to current students, as well as basic financial aid assistance. He also acts as a liaison for current students to WSU Tutoring and Access Services while heading up the implementation of the GPS (Goals + Planning = Success) resource for WSU-Rochester.
Jessica Sander
Graduate Assistant

As a Graduate Assistant, Jessica supervises
the department's Resume Cart, as well as
coordinates the campus Etiquette Dinners.
Jessica meets individually with both current
students as well as alumni with topics focused
on resumes, cover letters, interviewing, job and internship search, career planning, and deciding on a major. In addition, she also administers and interprets career exploration assessments (StrengthsQuest and Discover). Jessica presents on a variety of career related topics through classroom presentations and campus workshops.
Michelle McCoy

As a Graduate Assistant in Career Services, Michelle
is responsible for the Work-Study Group, which
assists students in understanding and becoming familiar
with the career development process. She also assists
students with resume/cover letter critiques, job search, interview questions, and choosing a major. Michelle also helps students discover their own career interests through the Focus 2 assessment. Delivering presentations and workshops on campus to students is another one of Michelle's responsibilities as a Graduate Assistant.

As the Events Coordinator, Lindsey is
responsible for the management, implementation,
and oversight of Career Services special events
including Career, Job and Internship, Education,
Government and Camp, Internship and Volunteer Fairs.
She also serves as the Employer Relations Manager with the responsibility of connecting employers and organizations with WSU students by arranging fairs, on-campus interview sessions, and information tables. Lindsey also manages the day-to-day office operations of Career Services including the supervision of student workers.

As the Technology Manager, Toni's primary
responsibility is the Career Services Website
and the EZlink Job Search site. She works
directly with our staff, our students and our
employers to keep our sites and information
up-to-date.
Rita Banicki
Career Information Specialist
rbanicki@winona.edu
Rita oversees the Warrior Success Center front
reception desk area and supervises
the front desk student workers. She works with
the Graduate Follow-up Survey, collecting career
information about graduating WSU students.
Rita also creates internal reports for Career Services.
