Group Visits
Due to COVID-19 health concerns, group visits are currently being done virtually. By following the steps outlined below, your group can get a meaningful look into all Winona State University has to offer!
The Admissions department is committed to providing a quality virtual experience for our guests and we thank you for your interest in Winona State University!
A standard virtual group visit includes:
- Admissions Presentation: 30 minutes
- Office of Equity and Inclusive Excellence Guest Speaker: 15 minutes
- TRIO Guest Speaker: 15 minutes
- Housing and Residence Life Overview: 15 minutes
- Current Student Spotlight: 15 minutes

Plan Your Virtual Visit
Group visits can be scheduled between 9am-2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
You must reserve your group visit at least three weeks in advance.
Please note that group visits at Winona State are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please have a first-choice date and a secondary date in mind.
Submit Online Request Form
Complete the Group Visit Request Form to reserve your space.
You will receive a copy of your request.
Please include any special requests for campus experiences that are not part of the standard visit program in your request form.
Confirm Virtual Visit Details
Watch for a follow-up email that confirms your visit details and officially schedules your virtual visit.
This email will also include the link for your virtual visit.
