Mass Communication at Winona State is an academic program that can prepare you for a career in Mass Communication. Our courses provide you with the concepts and skills needed to prepare you to evaluate and develop media messages, to be socially responsible citizens of today’s world and to advance your chosen career.
Our curriculum emphasizes both theory and practice. Our students get a grasp of the academic aspects of Mass Comm—like communication theory and research processes—as well as hands-on, nuts-and-bolts technical experience.
