2021 Homecoming Planning Committee
All returning WSU students are invited to apply to be a part of the 2021 Homecoming Planning Committee.
Being a part of the committee is a great way to be heavily involved in one of the most fun weeks of the year!
Homecoming Week will be Oct. 3-10 with some activities in the weeks prior. This year's theme is "Home Sweet Home."
There are three openings on the 2021 Homecoming Planning Committee. Each position is paid a small stipend at the end of Homecoming Week.
- Social Media Chair
- Pep Fest Chair
- Medallion Hunt/Spirit Week co-chair*
*There are 3 Spirit Week co-chairs in total. The open position will help plan Spirit Week activities and be responsible for the Medallion Hunt.
Please read the Homecoming Committee Responsibilities (PDF) for details about each position on the committee.
Online applications are due April 19.
There will be short interviews to select the final committee members. The committee will meet at least once in May, participate in a summer planning retreat, and is expected to be in good communication over the summer for planning.
Once fall semester begins, the committee will meet weekly until Homecoming is over.
