On Feb. 10, Winona State and Rochester Community & Technical College (RCTC) invite community members to attend the Health Equity Summit, a collaborative event dedicated to exploring solutions to improve health outcomes for immigrant and refugee communities.
This summit provides a platform to share insights, foster collaboration, and inspire actionable change.
Through presentations and a panel discussion, the summit will highlight the unique challenges faced by immigrant and refugee populations in accessing equitable health care and will showcase strategies to address these disparities.
The Rochester Healthy Community Partnership (RHCP) and Hispanic Advocacy & Community Empowerment through Research (HACER) will share insights from their research and highlight best practices for advancing health equity in immigrant and refugee populations across Minnesota.
Engage with a panel of esteemed healthcare practitioners who will discuss their experiences and strategies for fostering inclusive and equitable healthcare practices.
