Foundation Hall Groundbreaking Ceremony

Join us for a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of construction on Foundation Hall, Winona State’s newest residence hall.

The ceremony will be located at the corner of Mark Street and Main Street, and it will highlight how Foundation Hall will support growing student housing needs and enhance the on-campus living experience.

This event is free and open to the public.
