Senior University Lite: Making Images That Tell Your Story

Learn about visual communication theory, elements of aesthetically pleasing composition, and how visual messages are created, viewed, and understood with the first part of this 5-part Senior University class.

You’ll cover technical aspects of cameras such as focus, shutter speed, aperture, and light sensitivity. This will be done with whichever camera you prefer.

Taught by Tom Grier, this session will follow a practical, hands-on approach to create images, allowing students to communicate their intended message and share images with classmates for discussion and constructive critical analysis.

The course fee of $40 covers all class meetings.
