Important Dates

Classes for the Fall 2024 term begin on Aug. 26.

Students cannot request to wait to join Fall 2024 classes (waitlist) on Student eServices past Aug. 28 at 12pm.

Aug. 30 is the last day when students can drop Fall 2024 classes on Student eServices and receive a 100% tuition refund.

Aug. 30 is the last day when students can add Fall 2024 classes on Student eServices without instructor approval. Registration overrides are required for this to occur after Aug. 30.

Aug. 30 is the last day when faculty can apply for arranged courses or independent studies for the Fall 2024 term.

Aug. 30 is the last day when students must clear any in-progress (IP) grades for Summer 2024 classes in Student eServices.

Students must pay or have made arrangements to pay Fall 2024 tuition by the end of business day (4:30pm) on Aug. 30.

Sept. 5 is the last day when faculty must submit Fall 2024 class registration overrides.

Oct. 18 is midterm, or the halfway point of the Fall 2024 term.

Oct. 18 is the last day when students must clear incomplete (I) grades from classes taken during the Winter Session 2023-2024, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024 terms in Student eServices.

Oct. 18 is the last day when Fall 2024 graduating students must submit an Application for Graduation online and appear in Commencement publications.

General registration for Spring 2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

General registration for Summer 2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

General registration for Winter Session 2024-2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

Nov. 4 is the first day when students graduating during the Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 terms may apply for graduation online.

Nov. 21 is the last day when faculty can change the grading method for full Fall 2024 term classes.

Dec. 6 is the last day of the Fall 2024 term.

Final examinations for the Fall 2024 term will be held Dec. 9-12.

Dec. 13 is the Fall 2024 Commencement.
