Introduction to Ethnic Studies: Open Classroom Visit

At this open class lecture, Dr. Sergio Gonzalez—Assistant Professor of History at Marquette University—will discuss how Latinx communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin have shaped the Midwest through organizing strategies, cultural preservation, and civic engagement.

This event is part of Dr. Tara Lopez’s “Introduction to Ethnic Studies” class, and it’s open to Winona State students, faculty, and staff, as well as community members.
