Kamala Nair Arbor Day Talk

In honor of Arbor Day, join Kamala Nair, Associate Curator of Clean Air & Climate at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum, as she discusses how community-driven climate action can transform awareness into meaningful change.
She’ll also explore how the power of connection can help build a more sustainable future.

About the Speaker
Kamala Nair has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (’21) and a Master of Science in Environmental Science & Policy from Johns Hopkins University (’23).
Her educational and internship experiences centered on natural resource management, policy analysis, and environmental equity.
In her current role at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum, she leads the museum’s efforts to create a 5-year climate action plan and manage the transition into clean energy and sustainable practices.
