Scrape the Plates

One lunch period every month, we’ll collect leftovers and estimate how many people could have been fed to raise awareness about food waste.
Scrape the Plates challenges us to beat the previous month’s results and reduce waste across campus. This month, we aim to waste less than 48 pounds of food.
Admission is one meal swipe into Jack Kane Dining Center. Guests without a meal plan may pay the gate price of $11.62 plus tax for lunch.
