Scrape the Plates

One lunch period every month, we will collect leftovers to raise awareness about food waste.
We will weigh the leftovers to determine how much food was wasted and estimate how many people could have been fed.
Scrape the Plates challenges ourselves to beat the previous month’s results and reduce waste across campus.
Admission is one meal swipe into Jack Kane Dining Hall. Guests without a meal plan may pay the gate price of $11.62 plus tax for lunch.
